Thompson Clarke Interiors Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you find it unsuitable or you’re not entirely satisfied, you have the right to cancel the contract, return the goods and receive either a full refund or replacement goods as long as you notify us and return the goods within 14 days of purchase.

Items returned outside of the 14 day window but within 30 days, will receive store credit. 

The information on how to cancel and the Cancellation Form will be sent with the goods, together with the postal details of where to return the goods.  Please send an email to info@thompsonclarke.com before you return the goods, telling us what you are returning.  Please note that shipping costs cannot be refunded.   If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We ask that you return products to us unused, in their original packaging with any tamper seals intact.  Please ensure that returns are packed and labelled carefully so that they are not lost or damaged in transit.

Please note refunds will only be given, and replacements for exchange of damaged goods will not be dispatched, until the original item has been received at our warehouse.

Thompson Clarke Interiors does not give refunds or credits on the following items:

  • Items returned after 30 days.
  • Damaged items not notified by telephone to us within 14 days.
  • Gift Vouchers.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
